ask yourself why cape town or pretoria there are no floods even they can be floods theres proper infrastures e,g big water storms simple
Why on Freestate there is no water and lot of people are suffering of lack on non _water . People say they are very tired of the condition that is happening and other of them are planning to make the strike.they say "from January to April we are not having water ,what should we do??"🤔🤔we are even using water for lot of things"....
