These ships should be contracting private security forces if they want to operate in the Gulf of Aden (and the west coast of Africa in general). Pirates should be sent to the bottom of the ocean, not home with stolen money. Since it's clear there are no governments willing to tackle the problem, individuals should be given the chance to step up to the plate.
