Independence? | 0 | 16:31, 29 March 2013 |
It is arguable that there is no such thing as true independence anywhere anymore with large multinational corps operating as private governments. But in regards to whether or not Scotland is a viable nation you had best look to those who stand to lose rather than listening to those who think they will gain. Loss is a known quantity, gain is a hopeful prediction. Look to the resistance from Westminster for the real value and viability of Scotland. Beyond that, assuming independence occurs and is indeed viable, there is a opportunity for real beneficial change. Looking to places such as Norway for examples on how to create a workable system that includes free healthcare and education through college level.
