Medicaid for Texas

I find it interesting that Texas is having problems with a flu epidemic (Maybe an overstatement.) when Rick Perry turned down money from the Federal government that would get poor people health care. Maybe there would not be a problem getting people to go to their Primary Care Physician IF they had one, instead of an Emergency Room. Things have a way of coming back to haunt you.
