Solve the Somali mainland problem by deploying massive troops - American and European- before it is too late. There are signs that the Somalis (whose coastline is taken over by illegal fishing armies and shameless dumping of industrial wastes) are not alone. International crime gangs can make their move here in this absolutely no-man's land.
- Good luck selling the American people on that one. They (as a whole) cannot stand to be involved in a war against a force party to murder of some of our own (IE: Afghanistan).
