This highlights a quote from Obama that really makes no sense. Romney is not commander-in-chief yet. He isn't supposed to sit around and pretend to be President while he's running the race. He's supposed to say what he would do that Obama didn't do. Because of that this would appear pro-Obama (unless it's pointing out the irony of Obama's incoherent comment).
Article doesn't seem complete. Apparently the whole debate was Obama defending himself from one comment. It must have been over in less than 5 minutes.
