Why OPEC cuts down the production. It will raise price of oil. I think this agreement is for rich country. Not for poor country and development country like an Indonesia. Indonesian economic are collapse after oil price hits 140$ per barrel. Now, after it down into 40$, the OPEC raise it by cuting down the production. Soekarno aren't false.
