I praise the handlingof' the nude Cyclist who was mentally ill, the officers kept talking to the Cyclist throughout the whole ordeal, also they did not use force on this Cyclist the officers were very professional and treated the Cyclist with respect these law enforcement personnel understood the mental health system very well. Consequently because it may be a way of life these days*from school shootings to domestic abuse the average policeman is pull into an usual, and strange, situation whereas the officer should be educated enough to know what is going on.Therefore with his use of psychology to confront whatever needs to be done at the time of this fast paced situation. On the other hand there maybe is a misunderstanding of mental illness thatcan often be handled in the shooting of one that is mentally ill this is needless at best,so this is why the nude Cyclist was handle right a much Darker situation was avoided and the Cyclist was put on MEDS and cared for,and therefore the point is the Cyclist is being helped that is the most important issue today...
