Legal Defence and Personal Views

Latest legal defence regarding the brutal act 1)mental insanity 2)under the influence of Drugs etc etc...

These kinds of random killings are not new. Sometimes there are regrets the 'accused ' had to be shot, depriving the Forensic Psychologist etc investigating the basics.

Fortunately in a neutral Country like Norway, I personally have every faith in the unbiassed Judicial System and the whole World will be watching the Legal proceedings. Norway will have time to recover from Grief and People will hold the Nerve. Good Luck to them to find the root cause. International co-operation should be available if necessary but no interference though, I Hope.
