The problem of the constitution still remains. According to the constitution, no state can ever secede. Remember South Carolina, what happened when they tried to secede? They tried and failed. Secession from the US is not legal and should never be attempted. RedJaM - (talk) 01:42, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

The United States was wrong in annexing Hawaii, and it s time to right that wrong. Hawaii's statehood should be dissolved and the monarchy restored. The Hawaiian Islands should be given back their national independence, and the Hawaiian monarchy should give every person living in Hawaii the choice to stay and have citizenship,resident alien status, or be moved and be eligable for reimbursment by the Kingdom of Hawaii —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.91.146.51 (talk • contribs) 23:41, 27 January 2009
