I think this is a rather significant event. I understand that some religions would disaprove of that, but if a government is not bound to a religion there is no reason to deny such a right to same-sex couples. Go Mexico! :)

Le problème est très grave dans certains pays d’Europe, je suis certaine pour la Bulgarie où le clergé orthodoxe s’allie avec des opposants durs contre les homosexuels, quoiqu’il n’y ait pas de grave violations contre leurs droits humains. Un grand travail de sensibilisation sur le sujet reste à faire. Le problème est également grave au sein de l’église catholique notamment au Canada où deux prêtre ont étés défroqués pour leur relation homosexuelle.--SeraphitaZen (talk) 09:45, 25 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
