goes to show that not all people these days can be trusted with your child, even if you think they can be some people are sick and i think that the courts bring back capital punishment it may slow what is going on down a bit. Make some think that they can not get away with a lot of things.

Eh? You'd kill people for being ill enough to do this? He was in hospital scrubs. I'd be looking more into how the hell he got his hands on the child in that state. Obviously the U.S. (or at least Hawaii) has adopted the U.K.'s (S)Care in the community measures for handling mental patients.
