They made the decision after the Russians gave them the money. This type of thing is common. Major countries often put some kind of minor conditions upon the aid money that they give. Normally it isn't quite such a blatant "In Your Face" condition though;). I annoys me that Kyrgyzstan is doing this, but I can't fault them for wanting access to (what is for them) a huge amount of money. Gopher65talk 16:29, 8 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
