some cooling success, and reference for fire engines

I have seen on Google Realtime, folks tweeting about pumps working again in a few reactors. Also, more story about fire engines and external cooling efforts at http://www.yomiuri.co.jp/dy/national/T110318005332.htm appear resourceful.
