Bad precedent. I say to never trust any politician proposing tests that he isn't willing to subject himself to. Particularly a health care executive magnate with questionable dealings concerning Medicare fraud. Instead of being investigated, this governor takes multi-million dollar bonuses then runs for public office? Is there no conflict of interest when only the wealthy rule the poor and the middle income sectors?
