Quake felt on Melbourne was an after shock from nuke accident.

The place whre de geologists pointed as the epicenter hides few military research facilities.

What was the damage ?

many accounts of Melbourne being shaken by the earthquake however "what did people have by way of damage"? Cracking of bricks tiles etc? Any one know?
