This article looks very twisted. What is the point?

Article is misleading, the documents came from another source and were publically available from * "FAS.org" —  September 12th 2008, which is prior to wikileaks presenting them.

The fact that the US has not charged or indicted bin Laden in the 9/11 attacks is simply a difference in the approach to handling terrorism by President Clinton and President Bush. Clinton treated terrorist attacks as a criminal matter and used the court system to prosecute. The denial was a public press release, nothing new, nothing secret, part of a campaign to give cover to the Taliban so that they would not hand him over. The US wanted him extradited at that point and we said that were the Taliban to comply we would not invade. The article as of this writing is sensationalist and does not give appropriate context. He was not directly responsible, he was at best inspiration. The government harboring him gave conditions to that security that he had to obey, but his charima could not be contained. Of course if responsibility then goes back to anyone who inspired a criminal act, then a lot more people are going to jail. Likewise, as long as criminal acts are treated as war acts then that means a lot more people on both sides are responsible for the atrocities committed. Even though I am not an American, I don't think any government would cause this much damage to their own country. They maybe didn't/don't care about their citizens (I highly doubt it), but they sure care about their economy, and that was a big impact. Destruction will come... but not from this guy

Osama is casted out. They can say whatever they want about him, but he doesn't have any power anymore. People say that the Taliban has contacts in Yemen, and if that's true, then they will most likely break contact with them. If Osama did flee to Yemen, then he doesn't have the slightest of a chance against the US and the UN.

Osama Bin Laden is a man that the government of the United States used to scare the populace. Nine Eleven, as an example, is not a government conspiracy, but the government did wait for this. 20% of all oil in the Middle East is in Iraq, Pakistan, Afgahnistan and Iran. These are states that have the potention to get invaded. This happened in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Iran is becoming too powerfull, so the US has to find out something about them that might scare the Americans so much that the whole country cries for war. In this case the refining of Uranium is bringing an heavy discussion. This very same thing is going to happen with North-Korea, but on the moment the Americans don't mind them. They are still focust on that hot desert full of precious oil.

Obama appeared to be much different from Bush, but in fact he only looks and sounds different. Obama also wants to remain power in the Middle East, but he wants to make it look like they are going to leave. The US soldiers are laughing when they watch CNN in there training bunkers and hear that Obama wants a withdrawal. 'Such nonsens.'

The conclusion of this long respond to this article is that Osama Bin Laden might not be the best man to drink a cup of coffee with, but he is just a promoter. A promoter for a profitfull war.

I can not understand how MR Bin laden can think by killing inocent people he will go to the lord. If he will just read the korarn in the correct manner he will see that suicide is the biggest sin of all and anyone will be very lucky if u can be forgiven, thats my strong belif.
