How is this newsworthy? It's an accident - there are hundreds of construction accidents everyday. And how does it get it's own picture? This is ridiculous!
- Thanks for your comments. This article is newsworthy because it meets the criteria at Wikinews:Content guide. It was reported because a Wikinews contributor felt the urge to write about it. Anyone may report on whatever they like. The reason it is the lead with a big picture on the main page is because there is currently no better story to put as the lead.
