Since when did marijuana become addictive per the article?

George Carlin did not suffer from an addiction to marijuana. Hooray for wording bias. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.79.81.4 (talk) 14:40, 23 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Strongly agree with the two above. Unless & until we get a source on this "marijuana addiction" the claim should be removed. As for his cocaine problem, I remember hearing about that but we probably ought to have a source for it as well. I'm going to go ahead and remove the marijuana claim for now. --on WP as User:Kasreyn 167.127.107.8 15:30, 23 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

What can you say? edit

What a genius. He did things his own way and on his own terms. He pointed out the absurdities of our modern life in a way no one else could ('Semi boneless ham.....is it a bone? Then it's a BONE, there ain't no 'Semi Bone')and made a lot of people laugh (it's the hippy dippy weatherman with your hippy dippy weather, man.). He also influenced a whole generation of comics and his effect will be felt for years to come. He will be greatly missed. And that's not 'Near Fetched'. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.69.139.144 (talk) 19:53, 23 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

I was just getting into his comedy even though I've known it for so long. You will be missed, Geroge..but you'd probably just tell us to get the fuck over it. Blindeffigy (talk) 02:51, 15 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
