Just a little remark to the responsibility of USA, Canada, EU, Japan and Australia. It s not just the European Union on the continent. I know - most highly industrialized countries are member of the EU but whats with Switzerland and Norway? They ve got the same duties then the other countries in Europe. It s not about blaming these two as well - just rephrase the article a bit and they are included as well. Thanks for your attention....
