It is disgusting that in todays society people look at who they can blame for adversity.
People really need to understand that s#it happens and s#it happens to YOU. No one is to blame, people are only mortal and it is hard to fathom what may come. Sometimes we get it wrong. If you build or buy in a high risk area than why should you not be liable for the risks?
When all is said and done - its just a bunch of s#it that happened.
I guess I should have read the wiki blurb - avoid foul language...
