That was a brutally awful interview to read. Aside from it being incredibly disjointed and all over the place, none of the questions are even specifically related to the artist. It's like the interviewer received one of those "FW: FW: FW: FW: 20 questions!" emails from a friend, printed it out and used it as an interview template. You could ask those questions to anyone. Not to mention, questions like "Favourite euphemisms for breast?" or "How has the Iraq War affected you as an artist?" made me cringe. Next time do some research before you interview someone, so you don't come across looking like a total jackass.
