the person incharge of this crime should be deltwit in life sentence,reason being no moral value of lifethe person must be treated the same but in jail,they asked for it poor child wat did that innocent child do to have been treated that way.its very very sad for sure who ever reads an hears this info.........

I think this is just outragious. This poor little girl lost her life just because her mother didn't give a damn about her. I am extreemly sad for this little girl and her family. The mother should be charged already because this is a sin. I watched this on dateline in the summer '08 and it was devistating. How the baby died. edit
Since she the tots mom, liked the night live. The mother took the child to the nightclub gave the child some chlorofom knock her out with the chemicle put in the trunk while she went inside.
