Can't we just sort out this soccer/football nonsense once and for all? Outside the United States of America the game is called football. This is eminently sensible, because the rules say you have to use your feet - not your hands. Inside the USA they call it soccer, to distinguish it from the so-called sport they have called "American Football". All it needs is for American to accept that "football" involves kicking a round ball and not touching it with your hands. After that, they can rename "American Football" to whatever they like and get on with the rest of the world; I suggest "Testosterone-fuelled retards on steroids". --Brian McNeil / talk 17:34, 15 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
