Blackberry and Palm? Sure, they're mobile focused unlike Apple and Google with their claws in everything, but still... don't tell me that the Storm and the Pre and Pixi don't use multi-touch either.
First, you sue someone weak like this to establish the precedent and then you go after bigger fish armed with that very precedent.
Hmm usual thing with Apple, it's more like thier trying to squash the competition - and for my money the better product.
Well, as long as I'm still able to buy a Nexus One or a G1 come end of August (when my contract ends and it's my birthday). I'll be a very happy person.
