This article is biased in a number of ways.

The single English language source for this article if from a union activist group, and the article is largely a rehash of union positions. Despite requests, the author never marked the article ready for review by other editors. The author did not address a number of items identified on the talk page.

There are also a number of factual errors in the article. Citing NO english language sources, the author claims Novamed has a monopoly on the dialysis market. This appears to be false. Using actual financial reports, they appear to have 30% international market share in dialysis products. With Baxter at 22%. In terms of providers, they are 1.5 times as large as DeVita.

There is likely a story here as the treatment sounds terrible, but this article reads too much like a union press release. A strong reporting effort would have fleshed out the company position as well and involved some basic fact-checking.
