been a medatator for many years it is very nice

The people I have met including my teacher that initiated me for $400 was always there for my checking sessions for free the retreats were wonderful and not an unreasonable cost I was never asked for money to go to that ashram and meditate something special happens when I do it it improves every thing about me and I have a calmer demeanor.
