I searched for "Medvedev", and came to this disambiguation page. A Russian national has been arrested by the name Yevgeny Medvedev, in Thailand, in possession of 100,000 bitcoin, current value nearly $1 billion American, easily the largest lump of cash ever taken in an international raid of any sort. So far I can't find indication of kinship to Dmitry. He is evidently not the son. And I have to assume no article has been written about him, since my search landed me on Dmitry's dabpage.
