Category:Redirected obsolete portals

Portals are currently obsolete on Wikinews. Portals should be redirected to their topic category, and this category added to the redirect. They should be preserved as redirects partly to maintain links incoming from off-wiki, and partly so they can be rapidly restored should they become desirable again in the future.
