Need a bit of advice

Hiya all, I will be in attendance at Animeleague Birmingham at the end of August. This will be my first opportunity to do some real full-event OR, and I was just seeking advice as to what type of notes I should keep, and whether I should also obtain other forms of documentation of my attendance? Well, a lot of that depends on how much of a deep dive you intend to do there. If you do photographs, Commons is very weird about stuff with logos...remember that. And: try to take a shot of the disclaimer poster they normally post at the entrance (re: public photos/consent etc.) These types of articles usually flow well with lots of photos! You can hand write notes, but just make sure that we have some sort of note/comment -- something that supports I saw this guy do this thing and then this other thing happened. --Bddpaux (talk) 23:17, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) Well, WN:OR#Notes should be helpful if you haven't seen it already. One is always advised to aim to provide more notes than necessary. Wikinews attends 2018 Bangalore ComicCon, an FA, and its talk page might be useful for how to structure such an article. Heavy Water (talk) 23:21, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
