How To edit
To insert a banner template into a page, simply include the wikitext "{{address of template}}". So, for the userpage banner, write "{{User:Eitch/Template/User}}", and for the collaboration (user talk) page banner write "{{User:Eitch/Template/Collaboration}}".
It'd be cool if you left me a note to say you're using it (then I'll also be able to warn you if I ever make changes to the template).
