If we are going to commonly use this template, would it not make sense to add that users can also email a sysop or perhaps send a message to wikinews-l@wikimedia.org in addition to IRC? --Chiacomo (talk) 06:09, 17 July 2005 (UTC)

We can also use this:
Your account or IP has been blocked for 30 days as of date. It is possible you were blocked in error, or you are currently using an IP which was used by another person who was blocked with reason. If this is the case, or for any other reason, please contact me via e-mail (if you've registered an e-mail account), or after the block has expired contact me via my [[User talk:|talk page]]. Other administrators are also available, or you can check if anyone is in the IRC channel if you have access to IRC.
