You should remove it from the review queue if it isn't finished. I would also recommend adding the {{develop}} template as well as the {{abandoned}} template. The abandoned template will place it in Category:Article assistance requested and if no one else steps up to finish it, it is already in the process of being uncontroversially deleted.
