Talk:UN Secretary General releases new statement as UN aid starts to reach Myanmar

I'm chasing through the sources at the moment trying to track down the "three thousand injured" bit. Apart from this being pretty grim stuff, I'm wondering if that's possibly a mistake. I've made an edit to that bit already which should make it look like the figure is set to rise; realistically though, this is a 'fog of war' issue where I have this horrible feeling it is "only three thousand injured have been admitted to hospital". --Brian McNeil / talk 15:59, 8 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

I seemed to have forgot to add the source saying that so I removed the info User:Anonymous101 :) 17:10, 8 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Dupe of yesterday? edit

How is this story essentially different than yesterday's Aid starts to reach Myanmar? The titles are awfully close to one another. --SVTCobra 16:32, 8 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

The UN, a major international organisation has got its aid to Myanmar. In addition, the head of the UN has released a new statemnt regarding the situation in Myanmar. User:Anonymous101 :) 17:04, 8 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
