N.B. even if someone publishes the boy's name, we likely should not. --Brian McNeil / talk 08:30, 21 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Charges edit

Being issued a summons/citation is hardly the same thing as facing charges. --SVTCobra 09:57, 21 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

This is wording per multiple secondary news/media sources. Cirt (talk) 10:01, 21 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
This is UK law. He faces charges. Whether or not he'll end up in court is depending on how the CPS views it. --Brian McNeil / talk 12:29, 21 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Image edit

I don't think that the image is fair-use. There doesn't seem to be any reason why a free version could not have been taken. Perhaps it is possible to get the owner of the image to release under a free license so that it could be uploaded to Commons. --SVTCobra 16:20, 21 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

That may be difficult to arrange but in the meantime I think that a newsworthy fair use rationale can be asserted for this image. Cirt (talk) 18:23, 21 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

The exact title of this article was cited in this piece, and I think that this Wikinews article's title is unique and hasn't been used anywhere else. Cirt (talk) 05:48, 24 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
