Sourcing and coroborataion

I just heard on WINS[1] that the bomb threat was supposed to be a baby stroller filled with explosives. How would I soruce something I've heard on-air, and can anyone corroborate this report?

I heard from ctv.ca that they had talked to a police offer who spoke to them under anoynimity. The officer said it could be a baby-stroller filled. I decided not to include it as it was not very fatcual. If someone else wanted to they could. It is already cited.
