Bungled prosecution edit

It should be noted that a judge has issued a ruling stating that there appear to be serious problems with the way his prosecution was handled - so much so that the conviction could be overturned if he ever arrived in the States. Please include that in the article. Bonus points if you manage to research out what the alleged irregularities were; then we, as readers, can make judgements - which is what the news should empower us to do. I have added a mention to irregularities in the original case, and misconduct of the judge. I couldn't find any source that actually stated what these irregularities were, but if you manage to find one it would be very welcome in the article. - EdoDodo talk 11:09, 13 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

The source is back online for me now, so I've re-added the content. I hope you don't mind. - EdoDodo talk 09:51, 14 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
