Talk:Internal emails expose Boeing-Air Force contract discussions

There were inconsistent references to both the "Congressional Record" and the "Congressional Review". I changed all the references to "Congressional Record", as that is the actual name of the publication in the external links. --DV 16:29, 25 Nov 2004 (UTC)
