If the German chapter must stop a redirection, does this mean that noone is allowed to link to de.wikipedia.org? Sounds like this judge doesn't have a clue. - wikipedia:User:Ta bu shi da yu

Tron's real name edit

I've not checked whether or not Tron's real name should be in the article, but it is only 1 click away so I think leave it out. If Wikimedia wins the case, the article reporting on that could have the real name in it. (No, I've not sought legal advice on this, I just think it is respectful to the court process to not further promote the name when we already make it easy to find.) --Brian McNeil / talk 13:12, 20 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

I believe most organizations would report the parties to a suit, which would in this case include his parents (who are in my opinion being rather badly served by their legal advisors, if they told them to take this sort of action to avoid publicity). - Nunh-huh 00:38, 21 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
Doesn't this whole lawsuit just drag Boris Floricic's name through the mud, so to speak? People wouldn't be attributing more notariety/infamy to Boris Floricic if the family just let fact be fact.
Boris Floricic.
