I understand that the treatment could be dangerous, but i don't understand why isn't it given as a licenced practice? For example who wants to do it in their beauty center should follow a health and safety course and get their license and do it well and no woman should allow it to be done unless she know that the person who will do it is trully qualified for it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.133.96.201 (talk) 20:21, 20 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
